The Christians that meet at the Bulverde church of Christ are interested in one thing: serving God. That means we look to the Bible for our authority for everything we do. We have no creed book, save for the Bible. We don’t look to man as the source of our authority; we look to God’s word.

The churches we read about in the New Testament were autonomous and answered only to Jesus - He is the head of the church (Eph. 1:22-23). Therefore, we are not affiliated with any denomination or any other church.

Serving God also means we are interested in you. Part of the mission of Christians is to spread God’s word like the sower spread the seed (Matt. 13:3ff). If you would like to simply follow God’s word and pattern as revealed in the New Testament, and if you would like to worship God free from denominational ideas and traditions, then this church might be for you.
